In the Freedom SuperApp go to the Afisha section under Services. For your safety, don't buy tickets from resellers. If your plans change — you can safely and officially resell your ticket in the My Tickets section on Ticketon.kz

One customer may purchase no more than 4 tickets — this is the overall limit across all purchases. For example, if you've already bought 2 tickets, then on your next entry into the queue a maximum of 2 more will be available to you. There's no need to rejoin the queue in order to buy beyond the limit: the system takes all your tickets into account.

The service fee is a standard practice of ticketing platforms around the world. It covers the costs of payment processing, bank acquiring, and the operational expenses of organizing sales for a large event. The final amount, including the fee, is shown on the checkout screen.

Right after your purchase you'll receive a voucher via push notification, email and SMS. If you don't see the email — check your spam folder. The voucher confirms your purchase. The day before the concert (August 13) it will automatically be replaced by a ticket in the My Tickets section in Freedom SuperApp.

Tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change and you can no longer attend — you can officially resell your tickets on Ticketon.kz in the My Tickets section.

Yes. When sales start you'll enter the waiting room in the app. Keep the window open. Don't refresh the page or open multiple devices. When it's your turn, the purchase page will open.

Your place is held as long as the page is open. If you close the app and leave the waiting room entirely, your place will be lost. You'll need to rejoin the queue to buy a ticket.
